We hope you love your purchase, but if you wish to return an item, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and we recommend that you keep your postal receipt as proof of shipment.
How to Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email before sending the goods back. You may use our standard withdrawal form, but it is not required.

The goods must be sent back within 14 days of informing us of your wish to withdraw. The deadline is met if you dispatch the items before the 14-day period has expired.
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel before it is returned to us, a EUR 20 fee will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods — or proof that they have been sent back — we will refund your payment
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.
Non-Conforming or Incorrect Goods
If you receive faulty or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service immediately. In such cases, you are not responsible for return costs. You can choose to:
